I’m Darren George — a strategic advisor, builder, and mission-driven leader based in Washington, DC. Over the last decade, I’ve had the privilege of helping scale some of the country’s most urgent campaigns and civic programs by designing the financial, operational, and compliance infrastructure that holds them together. From national political movements to government partnerships and public health initiatives, I’ve played a lead role in more than 400 efforts across 44 states.

My career didn’t start with a title — it started with a clipboard. I was knocking doors, stuffing envelopes, and learning firsthand what it meant to fight for change from the ground up. I eventually became the youngest and longest-serving Chief Financial Officer at a national political consulting conglomerate, where I helped transform a scrappy, grassroots firm into a SOC-compliant, government-contracted organization built to scale. I didn’t just keep the books — I built the systems that allowed people, dollars, and purpose to move as one.

Today, I specialize in leading organizations through moments of transformation — whether that’s launching new initiatives, navigating regulatory audits, or rebuilding systems to match the scale of the mission. I’ve managed multimillion-dollar budgets, overhauled compliance operations, and led teams through complexity with clarity, compassion, and a sharp eye for structure.

Along the way, I’ve been honored to be featured by groups like the American Association of Political Consultants, the Foundation for Teaching Economics, Millennial Politics, and the Las Vegas Sun, and I serve on several nonprofit and advisory boards focused on youth development, civic education, and public policy.
